How long will my order take to complete?
- Orders placed online or over the phone, normally ship from our Belrose, Sydney warehouse, within 3 - 5 business days, pending stock availability. Stock transfers are processed daily from all major supplier warehouses. **See below 'Lead-time for supply variations'.
Please call the sales support team on (02) 9450 2912 during business hours if your order is urgent. We will do our best to speed up the process, and do stock checks for you. Remote locations will take longer.
You will receive a shipment notification at time of dispatch with tracking to keep an eye on anticipated delivery by our designated carrier.
Lead-time for supply variations
- SPECIAL Airfreight orders, BUY IN ITEMS and CUSTOMISED SEAT ORDERS do take longer. Estimated lead times are usually specified on the base of product page/description as a guideline only. Please contact the sales team to check product availability and supply lead times at the time of enquiry.
Keep an eye out for lead time notices from some BRANDS on our home page. For example: GME, ENGEL and OZTENT generally take 1-2 weeks. Please also check the product page details for items requiring both stock check and lead times for fulfilment.
You will receive an email notification within approximately 5 working days should there be an issue with supply. When stock levels are very low, the item may go to backorder. Should this occur we will provide you the supplier ETA advice for new stock arrivals and your item will be prioritised on the backorder queue. At such time we can discuss options for a product switch, store credit or refund if you are unable to wait.
