How long will my order take to ship?
- All products on our website show the live stock level under Availability. This indicates products actually on the shelf in our shop. Products in this status will normally ship within one business day of your order being paid for.
- Note that stock is allocated to sales based on the sequence of orders, or may get purchased instore before your online order can be picked. In this instance a delay will occur as we source more stock in line with the period stated under Availability.
- For products not "on the shelf", the web page will indicate the normal period within which we ship that product.
Please call the Sales Support Team on (02) 8015 2416 during business hours if your order is urgent. We will do our best to speed up the process, and confirm stock availability for you.
You will receive a shipment notification at time of dispatch with tracking to keep an eye on anticipated delivery by our designated carrier.
